We only rely on our or a third party's legitimate interests to process your personal data when these interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
- Consent — We may also process data where you have provided consent. You have the right to withhold consent or withdraw it at any time in the future.

We may transfer personal data from the EEA or the UK to the U.S. and other third countries based on European Commission-approved or UK Government-approved Standard Contractual Clauses, with your consent, to perform a contract with you, or otherwise in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We may also transfer your data from the U.S. to other countries or regions in connection with storage and processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and operating the Service.
For more information about the tools that we use to transfer personal data, or to obtain a copy of the contractual safeguards we use for such transfers (if applicable), you can contact us using the details set out under "Contacting Us" below.
Retention of Personal Data
How long we hold your personal data for will vary. The retention period will be determined by various criteria, including the purposes for which we are using it. We generally retain personal data we process for as long as an account is active, as needed to provide the Service or as required by legal or regulatory obligations. If you wish to terminate your account or request that we no longer use your data, please contact us by using the details set out under "Contacting Us" below. We delete all your data on the expiry of 14 days after the termination of your account, except as otherwise required by applicable law or for internal compliance purposes.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have a number of legal rights in relation to the personal data that we hold about you. These rights include the following:
- The right to obtain information regarding the processing of your personal data and access to the personal data that we hold about you.
- In some circumstances, the right to receive some personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and the right to request that we transmit that data to a third party where this is technically feasible. Please note that this right only applies to personal data which you have provided to us.
- The right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal data at any time. We will apply your preferences going forward and this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before you withdrew your consent. Please note, however, that we may still be entitled to process your personal data if we have another legitimate basis (other than consent) for doing so.
- The right to request that we rectify your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
- The right to request that we erase your personal data in limited circumstances. Please note however that there may be circumstances where you ask us to erase your personal data but we are legally entitled to retain it or such erasure is prohibited by law.
- The right to object to, and the right to request that we restrict, our processing of your personal data in certain circumstances. Please note that there may be circumstances where you object to, or ask us to restrict, our processing of your personal data but we are legally entitled to continue processing your personal data and/or to refuse that request.
- The right not to be subject to solely automated decision-making, including profiling, which have a legal or similarly significant effect on you.
You can exercise your rights by contacting us using the details set out under "Contacting Us" below. We may ask you to provide reasonable information to verify your identity. Please note that there are exceptions and limitations to each of these rights, and that while any changes you make will be reflected in active user databases instantly or within a reasonable period of time, we may retain personal data for backups, archiving, prevention of fraud and abuse, analytics, satisfaction of legal obligations, or where we otherwise reasonably believe that we have a legitimate reason to do so.
You also have the right, at any time, to lodge a complaint about our processing of your personal data with the relevant body regulating data protection in your country. In the UK, the data protection authority is the UK Information Commissioner's Office. A list of the EU data protection authorities and contact details is available at http://ec.europa.eu/newsroom/article29/item-detail.cfm?item_id=612080.
